We help IT managers better understand the services they deliver to their company’s business units and how to improve those services. By documenting the current situation of each service provided we can identify key performance indicators (KPI) for each service provided. We identify present state measures, shortfalls, and gaps. We then develop recommendations for implementing measures across all KPIs. We also develop and provide processes for technology expense reductions within the IT organization.
